Mia Lilley

Mia is a dedicated commercial property professional with three years of experience in the Tasmanian real estate market and has played an integral role in a number of significant sales and leasing transactions across a broad range of commercial asset classes.

Mia also brings valuable experience in retail leasing, having worked as a leasing executive for Region Group, an ASX-listed national shopping centre owner. In this role, she assisted in managing the leasing strategy and negotiations across 11 shopping centres throughout Tasmania. This exposure provided her with a strong understanding of national retail tenancy requirements, portfolio leasing, and stakeholder collaboration within a corporate property environment.

She brings both technical knowledge and a client-focused approach to every deal. Mia is recognised for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to building lasting relationships based on trust.

Outside of real estate, Mia enjoys spending quality time with her partner and their two miniature dachshunds. She also loves cooking, unwinding with a good book, and connecting with friends and family.
